At La Crèche we recognise children as individuals who grow, develop and learn at their own pace through exploring their environment and building relationships with the people around them. Educators will provide all children with love, affection, and a happy learning environment enabling them to develop to their full potential.
Our educational program is the National curriculum, early years learning framework. This includes individual and group experiences appropriate for their age and stage of development, interests and needs.
A journal is compiled for each child documenting observations, stages of development, samples of their artwork and photos. This is presented to parents at the end of each calendar year or when the family leaves the service. This is a precious keepsake of the child’s progress, growth and development throughout the years.
La Crèche promotes good relationships between children, their families and the wider community as the availability of outside resources contributes to the holistic development of each child.
